Happy St-Patrick’s Day!

St-Patrick s cupcake

Happy St-Patrick’s Day everyone!

I hope you are having a lovely weekend. We are having a great time over here, we’ve been busy de-cluttering and baking.

Are you baking, cooking, or making anything fun for today?

I wanted to, so Saturday afternoon, I baked chocolate and candy cupcakes for us.

We don’t really celebrate St-Patrick’s day but if there’s an excuse to bake treats I’m in!

St-Patrick s chocolate cupcake

Today’s post is short and sweet, just wanted to share with all of you these fun St-Patrick’s treats and wish you all a fun and great St-Patrick’s day weekend! Enjoy!

Baked these delicious chocolate cupcakes and topped them with white icing and sugar icing shamrocks:

(if you would want me to share the recipe with you, please let me know and I will add it at the bottom of this post)

You and my sister-in-law Holly would get along swimmingly. She absolutely loves cake and cupcake decorating and can spend a whole afternoon on that alone. I have a problem where I’m too tempted to eat it that I can’t quite finish an intricate embellishment before chowing down! Ha ha. But these turned out beautifully. They’re truly works of art!

Thank you Lauren! 🙂 I don’t know why I really enjoy decorating cakes and cupcakes! I enjoy looking at them but prefer eating them; that’s a big problem! Now, I have extra pounds to loose ha!ha! Thank you so much for the lovely compliment 🙂
