Happy Friday everyone,

I hope you’ve had a beautiful week. I am good and ready for a relaxing weekend with my family.

Today, I’m over at THE DIY DREAMER sharing with you a fun project I did for my son Nate, please come over and visit my first guest post, it is live now! How exciting! Thank you Christine for having me today! Christine is a wonderful blogger, if you haven’t stopped by and visit her blog, please make sure to stop by and have a tour of her lovely blog.

toys and books storage with crates

Thursday afternoon, I received by mail the ‘Living in a Nutshell’ book by Janet Lee that I won on my first giveaway held by Lauren from If It’s Not Baroque … . I had time to start reading the first 50 pages of the book and I really love her décor and DIY ideas. Thank you very much Lauren for sending me the book, I appreciate it, it’s a nice gift and out of all the giveaways, I am glad I won this one!

I enjoyed a relaxed afternoon yesterday reading my new book while Nate ate and colored. I love summer and I hope we get more of these beautiful sunny afternoons:

Living in a Nutshell DIY book

Wish you a great weekend everyone!
